Carlos is the Chief Analytics Officer of Lulo Bank where he leads the data and analytics strategy of the first 100% digital bank in Colombia. With more than 15 years of experience in the financial and technology industry, his work has focused on developing human-centered products and data. Before joining Lulo Bank, he was the Analytic Capabilities Manager of Grupo Bancolombia, director of Data Intelligence at Quantil and research assistant at Banco de la República and Fedesarrollo. Carlos was also a professor in the master’s degree in information systems and management at Carnegie Mellon University and a professor in the specialization in Fintech law at the Externado de Colombia University. Carlos has a master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellonen University and is an economist from ICESI University
