Diego is the Vice President of Data Science and Analytics for the Mexican Startup Jüsto, where he leads Artificial Intelligence strategies as a competitive advantage for the organization. Before working for Jüsto, Diego worked for Plaiground, Minsait, Mead Johnson Nutrition, Accenture, among others, developing growth strategies and leading cross-functional teams. In this episode we will talk with Diego about data-driven growth strategies in different industries and particularly in startups in Latam, with his perspective leading teams in Mexico. In addition, Diego shares with us his learnings about the importance of not only developing analytical models, but managing to integrate, quantify and evolve decision-making processes, as well as the benefits of having data-driven areas in organizations.
